A Walk Through the Life Course is an interactive infographic that presents key data and insights for selected geographies across County Durham. The information is organised using a life course approach, recognising that health and wellbeing are shaped by experiences and circumstances throughout a person’s life.
The infographic is structured around three key life stages:
- Starting Well
- Living Well
- Ageing Well
The indicators included are derived from, and build upon, the Durham Index of Need. Data is primarily available at Middle Super Output Area (MSOA) level and has been aggregated where appropriate to provide summaries for larger geographical areas.
Users can explore data at the following geographical levels:
- Integrated Neighbourhood Team (ICT)
- Local Network Area (LNA)
- Middle Super Output Area (MSOA)
- Settlements
Results may vary between geographical levels due to differences in population size, aggregation methods, and data availability. As a result, some indicators are not available for all geographies.
