Family Information Service: County Durham FIS is a free and impartial information service that supports families with children and young people aged 0-20 years on all aspects of family life. We provide information on a range of topics including childcare, education, family support and events and activities. We also have the Local Offer – information specifically for 0-25 year olds with special educational needs or disabilities.
