Crime & Community Safety

Local authorities have a statutory duty to form a Community Safety Partnership (CSP) to tackle crime, disorder, anti-social behaviour, substance misuse, other behaviour adversely affecting the local environment and to reduce reoffending. In County Durham the CSP is the Safe Durham Partnership. Our ambition is that Durham is a county where everyone can feel and be safe.

Within this theme you will find links to key statistics relating to crime and community safety in County Durham.
