Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield Clinical Commissioning Group (DDES CCG) – Historic Boundary
DDES CCG covered three areas within County Durham:
- Durham Dales (formerly Teesdale and Weardale areas)
- Easington
- Sedgefield
The CCG was made up of 40 member GP practices covering a population of around 274,600 people (ONS mid-2017 estimate).
